Payments made for our services, consultancy, or projects are generally non-refundable, as they involve advance planning, procurement, and resource allocation.
Refunds will only be issued in specific cases where the Company is unable to initiate or deliver the agreed service, subject to terms and conditions.
Any advance amount paid for projects or services is used for resource mobilisation, planning, and procurement.
Refund of advance payments will be considered only if the project has not been initiated and no resources have been allocated.
If a client cancels a project after commencement, no refund will be provided for the portion of work already executed.
In case of cancellation before commencement, only partial refunds (after deducting administrative and planning costs) may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
If Maske Brothers Infra Pvt. Ltd. is unable to proceed with a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be provided, depending on the stage of work and resources utilised.
Fees paid for consultancy, site visits, tendering, documentation, or administrative purposes are non-refundable.
Any third-party costs already incurred (licenses, government fees, vendor payments, etc.) cannot be refunded.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days through the original mode of payment.
Clients will be informed in writing once the refund has been initiated.
